Matt isn’t content to just keeping doing things the same old way. In fact, he enjoys creating or modifying processes to make everyone’s life easier, so they can truly focus on their passions. Such creativity really comes in handy, since Matt is all things HR—responsible for billing, budgeting and just about anything besides resident care—understanding that if you want to lead the industry, you have to keep moving forward. That means constantly finding ways to enhance and add value to resident and family experience. And following a decade career in hotel operations in Chicago and Omaha, Matt’s ingenuity is a perfect fit for Solera Senior Living.

Inspired by stories told by his grandparents when he was a child, Matt loves learning about residents’ pasts. He also enjoys family gatherings, boating, swimming, playing board games, or planning a wine country vacation. And he won’t pass up the opportunity to view the movie “Twister” again and again.
