Fiona leads from her heart, which is why compassion speaks so strongly to her. “It’s rewarding for me to connect with families navigating all the decisions that are part of the process, including deciding next best steps for parents or a spouse,” she says. It’s just one of the reasons why she chose to work with Solera Senior Living. The opportunity to work for an innovative leader in the industry was another.

Solera is changing the standard for senior living.” She most enjoys working with families and growing with her team. “Every day is an opportunity to change someone’s life,” says Fiona.

A Certified Dementia Care Practitioner, Fiona has 12 years of experience in senior living. She received her BA from Northeastern Illinois University. She enjoys riding her bike to the beach and lying under a tree with a book (if it’s summertime!). On Sundays, she likes to practice her special talent: “I can nap on demand!”.
